Will you help me become a better baseball player?
While our programs aren't the same as coaching, Sports Specific Training programs are designed with the athlete's sport in mind. The goal is to increase the athlete's performance by focusing on the individual's strengths and weaknesses as an athlete.

What's the difference between Personal Training and Sports Specific Training?
The goal of Personal Training is to increase personal fitness through exercise, while Sports Specific Training is focused on increasing athletic performance in whatever sport the client is participating in.
